Intern – Technology Analyst
The student will gain insight into technological processes in production, conduct time analyses, optimize manufacturing tools, and test new machines. Additionally, they will participate in the digitalization of production and investment projects. The internship will result in proposals for improving production efficiency and digital reporting. Accommodation and financial remuneration is subject to individual agreement.
Intern in Production Management and Process Digitalization
The intern will be involved in the management and optimization of production processes, monitoring work efficiency, and implementing measures to improve them. They will participate in the introduction of new technological and operational procedures, testing and evaluating production tools, including optimizing their use. The internship will also include collaboration on ensuring production quality, identifying problem areas, and proposing solutions to increase process efficiency and reduce production losses. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in internal audits, production capacity analyses, and the preparation of materials for improving manufacturing processes. IT Consultant
During your student internship at Aimtec, you will join a team of IT consultants and gain experience working on real projects. You’ll be involved in developing IT solutions, learning how to analyze customer needs, and seeing how ideas turn into final implementations.
From the start, experienced mentors will guide you through the basics, introduce you to ongoing projects, and share valuable know-how. You’ll follow projects from beginning to end, gain insights into key processes, and have the chance to contribute to solutions that meet global industry standards.

Junior Industrial Engineer
Industrial Engineering and Production Optimization
Objective: To familiarize students with the corporate environment, basic principles of industrial engineering, and methods used for the analysis and optimization of business processes.

1/ MAKIGAMI
Internship Assignment – Makigami Analysis of Non-Production Processes
Topic:
Identification of inefficient activities in non-production processes using Makigami analysis and proposal for optimization.
Goals:
Get familiar with the Makigami method and its application to non-production processes. Map and analyze a selected process, identify waste (Muda). Propose measures to improve process efficiency. Implement some of the proposed improvements and evaluate their impact.
2/ SMED
Activity Schedule: Introduction and Theoretical Preparation
Get familiar with the company, production processes, and specific machine/line.
Study part:
Principles of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die).
Typical waste (Muda) during machine setup.

Coordinator Digital Transformation & International Operations
This internship offers the opportunity to work at the interface between business process development, digitalization, and international collaboration within the Herding Group.
The role focuses on strengthening the cooperation between Herding Amberg (Germany) and Herding Spol (Czech Republic). The intern will support projects related to digital transformation, optimization of business processes, and cross-company communication.
Typical activities include:
- Analysis and optimization of existing business processes
- Supporting digitalization initiatives within the company
- Coordinating communication between teams in Germany and the Czech Republic

Professional Internship in Process Automation in Accounting and Taxation
Our accounting and tax firm offers university students the opportunity to gain practical experience in mapping and optimizing accounting and tax processes. Students will have the chance to engage in modern digitalization and process automation using robotic software.
Internship Scope:
a) Analysis of Accounting and Tax Processes
- Introduction to key workflows in accounting and taxation.
- Identification and documentation of currently used IT systems.
b) Identifying Automation Opportunities
- Assessing processes to identify areas suitable for automation.
- Preparing specifications for the implementation of robotic software.
- Gaining experience in communication and leadership when gathering necessary information from employees.
c) Development and Testing of Software Robots
- Collaborating with IT specialists on the design and programming of robotic solutions.
- Testing functionality and fine-tuning the system for efficient execution of automated tasks.

Logistic operations B2C
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or intern to join our team at the Tchibo Online B2C warehouse in Cheb. The successful candidate will support various logistics and warehouse activities, gaining valuable experience in e-commerce and logistics. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Goods Receipt and Inspection:
- Assist with the receipt of goods into the warehouse.
- Inspect the delivered goods against delivery notes.
- Label and store goods in the correct locations.
2. Order Preparation and Packing:
- Locate and pick goods according to customer orders.

HR Trainee
1. Recruitment Process Optimization Project
You will map and analyze the full recruitment process, from internal hiring requests to candidate selection. You will identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize efficiency. You will also support daily recruitment tasks, including candidate screening and basic reporting. Work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience with real recruitment processes.
2. Digital HR Project – Electronic Document Signing
You will support a digital HR project focused on electronic document signing. Help test the system, review processes, and prepare simple documents. Learn how digital tools streamline HR activities and improve efficiency. Gain practical experience with HR digitalization and process improvement.
3. Onboarding Process Improvement Project
You will analyze the onboarding program for new technical and administrative employees. Identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve the employee experience.
