Description : Digitalization of processesin production
Target : prepare a suggestion how to implement a data digitalization in whole our production ( 3 main areas ) ; we produce a silicone rubber parts for energetic business worldwide, also for top technical applications (Siemens, GE,…).
We would like to eliminate usage of papers in production , esp. for creating an manufacturing orders ; ca 80 orders / day with 5 – 10 papers / each order.
Together with You, we would like to make a proposal how to collect all data (MES – Manufacturing Execution System), favourite solution will be a utilization of our current BDE system connected with SAP.
