The Pilsen office deals with electronics, software, design, calculations, hardware and mechatronics development at functional and system level. Since 2007, when ZF Engineering had around 50 engineers, our team has grown to more than 950 talents. Digitalization Specialist - Trainee
Job responsibilities:
- Working with applications:
- Azure DevOps
- No-code applications
- Hardware – installation of new PCs for production according to internal processes, etc.
- Familiarization with and work according to internal IT policies, regulations, and rules, including links to legislation
- Management of IT mini-projects
- Investigation and problem resolution
- Customer support in selected IT processes
- Service and change management
- Support for process improvement
Other information / requirements: Commute of 30–40 km (housing allowance is not supported) After onboarding and achieving a certain level of independence, partial home office is possible
200 – 250 CZK/hour (based on qualification requirements and interview)

HR&Financial Data Digitalization
The internship focuses on the digitalization and optimization of HR reporting processes within our HR department. The intern will support the transition from manual reporting to automated, data‑driven solutions. Key tasks include analyzing existing workflows, preparing data structures, assisting with the design of digital dashboards, and helping streamline document and report management. The role is suitable for students of Management and Digital Technology or similar fields, with an interest in process digitalization, data handling, and basic analytical tools. The intern will gain hands-on experience with HR data workflows, reporting automation, and modern digital tools used in corporate HR operations.
Financial Remuneration: 200-250 CZK/ hour

Process improvment (Digitalization)
The internship focuses on the digitalization and optimization of selected company processes. The intern will support the transition from manual execution to automated solutions. Key tasks will include analyzing existing workflows, communicating with stakeholders, identifying of weak points, proposing and assisting with the implementation of digital solutions. The intern will gain hands-on experience with process workflows, automation tools and modern digital environment of international company.
Financial Remuneration: 160 -200CZK/ hour
