HR Trainee
1. Recruitment Process Optimization Project
You will map and analyze the full recruitment process, from internal hiring requests to candidate selection. You will identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize efficiency. You will also support daily recruitment tasks, including candidate screening and basic reporting. Work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience with real recruitment processes.
2. Digital HR Project – Electronic Document Signing
You will support a digital HR project focused on electronic document signing. Help test the system, review processes, and prepare simple documents. Learn how digital tools streamline HR activities and improve efficiency. Gain practical experience with HR digitalization and process improvement.
3. Onboarding Process Improvement Project
You will analyze the onboarding program for new technical and administrative employees. Identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve the employee experience. Support partial digitalization, for example by creating e-learning modules for selected trainings. Work with HR colleagues and gain practical insights into onboarding and process improvement.
